Recently, representatives from the IBS union visited the Nhat Huy Khang office in Dong Thap to meet with the families of trainees preparing for their departure to Japan.
During the visit, the union representatives had the opportunity to observe the training environment and the preparations underway at the office, while also engaging in conversations with the trainees’ families. Discussions regarding the students’ learning progress, personal development, and the preparations made ahead of their journey to Japan helped foster an open and warm atmosphere.
For the families, the time leading up to their loved ones’ departure is often filled with a complex mix of emotions—pride and joy, tempered by the natural anxieties that arise as the trainees prepare to begin their lives and work in a new country.
Therefore, this meeting served not only as an opportunity for the parties to exchange information but also as a way for families to gain a better understanding of the journey ahead—providing them with greater peace of mind and the mental preparation needed to support their loved ones.
