Recently, Nhat Huy Khang held a contract signing ceremony for 47 trainees, marking an important milestone before they officially begin their work journey in Japan.
Before signing, the trainees received detailed guidance from the company team on the entire necessary process: from documents and paperwork, policies related to the trainee program, to important notes on living, working, and adapting to the environment in Japan. This is an essential preparation step, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities and be mentally ready before departure.
The orientation session was not just about disseminating information, but also about thorough guidance – from major issues like work regulations and discipline, to the very mundane details of daily life in Japan. Everything was shared in a specific and easy-to-understand way, with the hope that you can confidently adapt and thrive when you arrive in Japan.
